If there are ever any issues with a delivery, please get in contact with us ASAP at email@example.com. We will reimburse for any loss of product, however, we are unable to refund for just split packaging as the contents can usually still be used.
The pallet that your kiln dried log order is included in the delivery cost. You can either return the pallet to your driver upon offloading if you do not want to have the pallet hanging around, or you can keep the bags on the pallet and return to your driver on your next delivery.
Alternatively, you can break up and use your pallet as free kindling!
Please be aware that we are not able to come and pick the pallet up from you once the delivery has been made.
At ALL FIRED UP we make sure that our kiln dried logs are all below an average of 20% moisture content. However if you are concerned about the moisture content of your delivered logs, the quickest way to gauge the average moisture content is to sample two logs. Choose one of the thickest and one of the thinnest. First split both logs and take two moisture content readings, one from the middle and one from the end. Take the average of those 4 readings for the average moisture content of your crate.
If you don’t already have a moisture content reader then you can purchase one cheaply from Amazon.

Depending on the time of year and whether we are in a busy time will determine how quick we can get your order to you. We endeavour to get all orders out as quickly as possible, however we prefer to make sure that our product is 100% correct before delivering. Your order will ready within 7 working days plus delivery time to arrive depending on your location, but once ordered we will then let you know on a delivery time slot.
FREE delivery is available to our local customers and within a 20 mile radius of our location. For orders outside of this area our delivery charges are dependent on the location. When placing your order the cart is geolocated and will work out the charge to show before submitting the order.

If you know that you have submitted the wrong address for your kiln dried logs to be delivered to, then call us on 01362 687225 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience. As long as the order hasn’t already left the depot there will be no charge, however if the order has left the depot then we will contact you as there will be an extra charge to move the order.
Once you order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation so please check this carefully.
If your kiln dried logs arrive damaged then please call us on 01362 687225 or email email@example.com as soon as possible. We will also need photographic evidence so that we can then speak to the courier company so we can get the situation resolved for you. Please also inform us of the damage to the order.
Please be aware that we can not reimburse orders for split bags only.
For deliveries outside of our FREE 20 mile radius area we use a third party haulage company. Should the haulage company in anyway damage your property please let us know as soon as possible via phone on 01362 687225 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with as much detail as possible such as, date, time, reg plate etc and provide photographic evidence of the damage and we will then pass on the information to the third party suppliers. We will then keep you informed of the progress.
All of our kiln dried logs are 20% moisture or less and quality controlled before leaving the depot ensuring that you can be confident that your order we supply is the best possible wood for your fire.
Unfortunately not. It is the customers responsibility to unpack their order. We make use of a pallet company to deliver our products, hence your order will come on a pallet which will be lowered to the ground and placed in a convenient location, subject to appropriate access and ground conditions. Where access or ground conditions are inappropriate the delivery will be made to ‘kerbside’ only.
